2024 UCI BMX Racing World Cup / Rotorua Event Photography / Auckland Event Photography
The 2024 UCI BMX Racing World Cup was held in Rotorua on February 10–11, marking the first time this prestigious event has taken place on New Zealand soil. With over 200 elite riders from 27 countries and 3,000 spectators in attendance, the atmosphere was electric.
While several international photographers were on-site, the Rotorua BMX Club wanted their own unique perspective captured. They brought me on board to document the event through a local lens. I captured the full story of the weekend – from the high-speed racing to candid moments behind the scenes. It was an unforgettable experience and BMX racing at its finest.
